Phase 3 focuses on sustaining a whole, integrated mind over time while carrying responsibility, pressure, and real life demands. At this stage, integration is no longer something to work toward. It is the baseline.
This phase supports long term nervous system regulation and identity stability across different environments and seasons of life. Rather than reverting to survival patterns under stress, individuals remain grounded and clear.
Phase 3 is about living from wholeness while leading, building, and making decisions. By the end of this phase, integration becomes self maintaining. Identity remains stable, responses stay regulated, and life is lived from coherence rather than survival.
