Phase 2 focuses on integration, bringing fragmented survival patterns back into alignment so the mind operates as one unified system. Instead of shifting between different reactions or identities, the mind begins functioning as a whole.
As nervous system regulation deepens, the body learns that it no longer needs to respond from past stress. Emotional responses become more proportional, behavior becomes more consistent, and internal conflict continues to decrease. What was understood in Phase 1 becomes embodied in daily life.
Phase 2 is where stability turns into lived coherence. By the end of this phase, individuals experience a more unified sense of self. The mind feels whole rather than divided, and identity begins operating from wholeness instead of survival.
